It can be difficult to know what is getting in the way of what we want in life and often we don't know what we want or have been mistaken about it. Having a protected space with an open exchange can help. Together we can gently begin to unravel some of the threads that have been woven tightly to protect you from pain and trauma. We can understand some of the obstacles you face and work towards identifying your needs. Therapy can be a way to set specific goals or to gently crack open an imagined new life.
